Restaurant

a seating capacity of 300, Brooks'
offers full service, casual dining
for lunch and dinner. Although
famous for our Bar-B-Q chicken, St. Louis pork ribs,
pork spareribs, beef, pork and
steaks, we have an extended menu to
serve any appetite. Come on in and
enjoy the best Bar-B-Q around in a
climate controlled atmosphere.

Bar-B-Q Restaurant Facts:

Brooks' has a seating capacity of 300.

During the peak of the summer season,
approximately 100 people are employed
for the restaurant and catering service.

Brooks' House of Bar-B-Q also houses the
largest indoor charcoal pit
in the East, possibly in the country (38 feet in length.)

The average
number of customers on a week day is
600 people. The average number of
customers on a weekend day is 1100
people. These numbers do not include
our take-out and catering services.

Mother's Day
is Brooks' House of Bar-B-Q's
busiest day of the year. Approximately 1,600 people are
served in the restaurant. To be
served both in the restaurant and
through take-out, about 3,000 halves
of chicken are cooked on Mother's
Day.

In order to
accommodate our larger groups, we
constructed the Brooks'
Roost Banquet Room. Since our first
banquet in the spring of 1997, we
have served private parties as small
as 30 people or as large as 90
people. Some devoted Brooks' House
of Bar-B-Q patrons have even chose
to hold their weddings and /or
receptions in our rustic Brooks'
Roost Banquet Room.
