Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • Brooks’ Spiedie or Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 4 Lettuce Leaf
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 2 Portabella Mushroom

Method

1.

Cut up

Cut up chicken breasts into 3/4 cubes.

Marinate

Place in a resealable plastic bag or bowl and cover with Brooks’ Spiedie Marinade or Brooks’ Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade. Cover, refrigerate and marinate for 24 to 48 hours.

Wash and Cut

For vegetables, wash and cut into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces with a typical thickness of a 1/4 inch, except the mushroom. **Vegetables can also be prepped ahead and placed in resealable plastic bags.

Grill

When ready to grill, soak wood skewers in water to prevent splintering or use stainless skewers. Place on the skewers, alternating the chicken and vegetables. Grill or charbroil until done.

Dip

Try dipping in Brooks’ Original BBQ Sauce! Enjoy! Great for other meats too such as beef, pork, fish and game.

Be sure to discard any remaining “used” marinade.
