From Albany / Schenectady area:

1. Take I-87 North
2. Merge onto NEW YORK STATE TRWY N (Portions toll).
3. Take exit number 25A toward SCHENECTADY/ BINGHAMTON/ RT-7 (Portions toll) Merge onto I-88 West.
4. Take exit number 16
5. Yield Right off exit ramp
6. Move to left lane, Take Left at Light onto Route 7
7. Go straight about 1/4 of a mile, we are located on the left

Utica / Herkimer area:

1. On I-90 Get off exit 30
2. Go through portion tolls
3. Take left at light
4. Move to right lane, Merge Left onto 5S
5. Move to left lane, Take left at light onto 28 South
6. Head south to Colliersville Take right onto D.K. Lifgren Drive
7. Take Right at Light onto Route 7
8. We are about 3.3 Miles on left (after the second light)

Syracuse area:

1. Turn onto E ADAMS ST.
2. Merge onto I-81 S.
3. Take the US-11/ RT-79 exit- exit number 8- toward RT-26/ WHITNEY PT./ LISLE
4. Turn LEFT onto NY-79/ US-11
5. Turn LEFT onto NY-26/ NY-79/ E MAIN ST. Continue to follow E MAIN ST
6. E MAIN ST becomes NY-206 E
7. Merge onto I-88 E via the ramp- on the left
8. Take exit number 16
9. Turn Left at stop sign at end of exit ramp
10. Take Left at Light onto Route 7
11. Go straight about 1/4 of a mile, we are located on the left

Kingston Area:

1. Take 28 north
2. Take right turn onto Route 42 in Shandaken
3. In Lexington at stop sign take Left.
4. Take another left onto 23A
5. 23A will merge into 23
6. At Pindars Corner's take right turn at traffic light onto route 47 - (Old Davenport road)
7. Take Left at Light onto Route 7
8. Go straight though next light about 1/4 of a mile, we are located on the left

Binghamton Area:

1. Go I-81 North
2. Right hand Merge onto I-88 E toward ALBANY
3. Take exit number 16
4. Turn Left at stop sign at end of exit ramp
5. Take Left at Light onto Route 7
6. Go straight about 1/4 of a mile, we are located on the left

Norwich:

1. NY-12/N BROAD ST.
2. Turn RIGHT onto NY-23/REXFORD ST
3. Turn RIGHT onto NY-23/S BROAD ST. (in Morris) Continue to follow NY-23.
4. Take a Right at light onto 23/ 205 (west Oneonta)
5. Go 4 more lights, after 4th light merge into left turning lane
6. Turn onto I-88 E via the ramp- on the left
7. Get Off exit number 16
8. Turn Left at stop sign at end of exit ramp
9. Take Left at Light onto Route 7
10. Go straight about 1/4 of a mile, we are located on the left
