Brooks' has added the areas first state of the art production & bottling plant housing all “Made In The USA” equipment from production right on to the bottling line. Before the new facility, the production crew could bottle only 1,200 16oz bottles per day. With the new production and bottling equipment, the production crew can bottle an average 1,400 bottles per hour.
In 1989, the Brooks' family began bottling by hand, the Original Bar-B-Q Sauce and Chicken Sauce. Since that time, Brooks' has added more items to the line of specialty sauces, marinades and rubs totaling eleven products with various pack sizes. From the raw ingredients to the finished product, every bottle is created only here under the watchful eyes of Brooks’ highly trained employees, managers and owners.
Brooks' Sauce Production & Bottling Plant is directly connected to Generations Gift Shop & Ice Cream Shop by 28 feet of viewing glass.
