Since 1951, Brooks’ House of Bar-B-Q has worked diligently to build up a reputation of offering fantastic meals at very reasonable prices with only the highest quality ingredients and fanitical customer service.
That very same thing goes for our Specialty Sauces, Marinades & Rubs! We use only the finest ingredients for all of our products, some of which include brown sugar, real butter and the highest of quality tomato ketchup. And unlike many sauces and marinades today, we produce and bottle all of our sauces and marinades in our own, state of the art production and bottling plant. Our production and bottling plant houses the area’s only 47 foot production line that is capable of bottling 1,400 bottles in less than an hour. Just like the "behind the scenes" at the restaurant being open for anyone that wants to see it, the sauce production plant is completely viewable by glass from within Generations Gift Shop & Ice Cream Shop.
