More options, better rates: We now offer three carrier choices to ship orders placed at www.brooksbbq.com for shipping within the Continental US: FedEx, UPS or USPS.
A correct Street Address, City, State and Zip will be required.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address, please select the USPS Shipping Option Only.
Packages are shipped 4 days a week Tuesday through Friday. Generally we do not ship on Mondays however, if a priority shipping order is placed it will ship out on Monday.
We are closed for shipping on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
Most orders will arrive in 6 business days. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery Options:
Along with standard ground shipping from our carriers, we also have expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, SameDay, Standards Overnight, ect.
Please remember that Saturdays (except FedEx & USPS) and Sundays are not counted as a delivery day and orders placed after 10am Friday will not ship until Tuesday (except expedited orders).
For guaranteed faster service, please call us toll free at (800) 498-2445 and ask for our shipping manager. On weekends or after 4pm please ask for an Owner or Manager.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order in conjunction with the destination zip code.
Orders shipped within New York State will include sales tax on the shipping as well as taxable retail items. Our Specialty Sauces, Marinades and Rubs do not have sales tax.
www.brooksbbq.com does not charge for packaging and handling and charges for just the shipping fees that we incur. That is just one way that we can say thank you for the order!
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address:
Please select the USPS shipping option only when shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address. APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska:
Please select the FedEx or USPS shipping options only when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipping Internationally:
We can not calculate international shipping automatically. We will send you an email or call via phone to inform you of your shipping costs before charging you so that you may consent to them before proceeding.
