Brooks' Bar-B-Q's Online Store features all of the products that we produce and bottle right here in Oneonta, New York! With
a seating capacity of 300, Brooks'
offers full service, casual dining
for lunch and dinner. Although
famous for our Bar-B-Q chicken,
St. Louis pork ribs, pork spareribs, beef, pork and
steaks we have an extended Dine In Menu to
serve any appetite.

Brooks' also offers a Carry Out service to enjoy the same great food in the comfort of your own home or in one of our scenic outdoor picnic areas or gazeboes.

Brooks' Roost Banquet Room

The
Brooks’ Roost Banquet Room is a log cabin type building
that overlooks one of the
many valleys of Otsego
County. There is large deck
for guests of the
catered party and a
miniature park with three
gazebos, park benches and
Pennsylvania Amish
constructed train, fire
engine and a big wheeled truck
for the kids.

Serving from 30 to 90 guests, the
Brooks’ Roost Banquet Room creates
an atmosphere suitable for events
ranging from corporate meetings,
corporate and family picnics on to
rehearsal dinners and wedding

get-together ranging from
company & family picnics to
weddings and other
celebrations. With our fleet
of catering vehicles we can
cater parties from 100 to
5000 guests within a radius
of 75 to 100 miles from
Oneonta. Brooks' Bar-B-Q also offers a large order delivery service for orders of 100 dinners or more. |

Brooks' Original Sauces, Marinades & Seasonings

 Without great sauces, there is no
great Bar-B-Q! That is why Brooks'
makes all of its own sauces and marinades on
premises. This way we are sure
that the product we offer our guests
is of the finest quality. We
offer these sauces by the bottle,
half gallon or in one of our gift
packs. We ship anywhere in the
